Lightning Adjusters has a professional contents division. We
inventory contents in the home while on site and provide that list
to the Insured for completion, to include omitted or destroyed
items, ages and pricing. We then verify pricing and provide
supporting documentation and make adjustments, as warranted.
Depreciation is applied, using either our standard depreciation
table, or the depreciation schedule provided by your company.
The inventory is then returned to the Insured for approval and/or
warranted changes. We then forward a completed inventory to
your company with payment recommendations. Our letters advise
the Insured of the conditions of the policy and their
responsibilities. This enables us to produce an accurate and
properly adjusted inventory in a timely manner. We assist the
Insured as needed, as well, providing excellent customer service
for your company.
*We will also process and adjust inventories submitted
directly by your insured, verify pricing, provide supporting
documentation and apply depreciation as warranted. We are
confident that you will be impressed by the final product and that
your contents claim will be properly verified, documented and
adjusted.
Our contents unit has been well trained to comply with the
requirements and provisions of the policy. We provide prompt and
courteous service to your Insured and our rates are very
reasonable.
