Loss of Use
We obtain documentation from the Insured that will
properly document any additional living expenses that
have been incurred. Our worksheet will identify the
“additional” expenses and deduct the “normal”
expenses, accordingly. We also correctly adjust Fair
Rental Value, for properties that contain renters,
providing supporting documentation and verification,
as warranted. We will work with your Insured, if
requested, to assist in housing and furnishing and
determine the “reasonable” amount of time to
complete the repairs. We assist the Insured as
needed and maintain control of the living expenses
and/or Fair Rental Value, and return the Insured to their
normal standard of living as promptly as possible.
